  Lost my wallet here and one off the team found it and went out of her way to drop it to the police for me to collect. So grateful. Oh and the subs were good as well

  Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever had. Dispicable treatment of a fellow human being. I am an amputee who had the misfortune to enter the Bombay Subway 45 minutes before closing on Wednesday. One of the employees had just finished mopping by the look of it as the floor was extremely wet. I’m not sure he had wrung the mop out at all after as the floor was very wet. I am on crutches so was being extremely careful to cross to the counter while my sister walked closely behind me, despite having new rubber non slips on my crutches my crutch slipped in a pool of water and I fell landing face down. The girl (Anna) did not even come out from behind the counter despite there being no other customers . My sister assisted me to a chair by this time Anna had come over and I asked her for a towel as I was soaking and was not game to try walk on until the floor had the excess water removed. She dried a small section of floor right in front of the counter - I had no way of getting to the counter or leaving the store. When I asked her again to wipe up more of the floor she got snarky at me and told me there wasn’t another towel. I asked her if she had paper towels, she rolled her eyes and grabbed a handful before throwing them at my sister and disappearing. The guy came and helped my sister wipe a path to the door so I could leave. While getting to my car I saw 2 more people slip despite parts of the floor being drier. Anna was rude beyond belief - she clearly considered herself above the disabled. Being disabled means many parts of society are difficult and sometimes undoable - thanks Subway Bombay for making my life that little bit harder.
